MADE TO ORDER:
Each item in my shop is made to order specifically for you! No two items are exactly alike. Fabric placement for appliqués will vary slightly. Please remember that there may be fabric & thread color variations based on your screen settings.

 

PRODUCTION TIME:
My production time is currently 7-10 business days (not including weekends and holidays) but typically ship a lot sooner. Please allow me the full 10 business days to complete and ship your order.

 

SHIPPING:
Packages are shipped via USPS and will typically arrive within 3-5 business days. You will receive a tracking number delivered to the email address you provided at checkout when your package ships. If you do not receive your tracking number within 10 days after placing your order, please send me an email and I will get the details over to you. Typically, this has not been an issue unless supplies are back ordered and in which case you would be notified of this delay and given the option to cancel.

Once I deliver your package to USPS it is up to them to deliver your package in a timely manner.  If you have questions about your delivery or in the event your item was lost in transit, you will need to contact the post office with your tracking number for assistance.  I am not responsible for missing or damaged items once they leave my possession.  

 

CANCELATIONS:
You may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order.  After 24 hours your item is in production and cannot be canceled.

 

REFUNDS:
Being that each item is made to order for you it will be difficult to resale the item, therefore I Do Not offer refunds. Please be sure any personalization's are correct before submitting your order.


In the unlikely event I make a mistake on your order (wrong size, misspelled name, etc.) I will issue a full refund or replacement of the exact design with corrections.
