All sales are FINAL.

• Before submitting your order please double check all order details such as size, quantity, spelling of any personalization's, thread color, etc. Please spell the name exactly how you want it to look on the item, ie: CAPS vs. lowercase letters and any abbreviations. When choosing a font for your personalization be sure to take into consideration that some fonts do not look nice when all CAPS are used.
• Refunds cannot be given for miscommunication, misspelled names and/or any other customizations not clearly communicated. I will over a replacement of the exact item with corrections if I have made a mistake on your order, ie: Size, Misspelled name, etc.
• If you do not list any personalization's or customizations, your item will be made as seen in the 1st product image on the product page.  
• Items that are listed as "SAMPLE SALE" will not be made exactly as seen in the product images.  Fabric choices will be at my discretion, and I will use fabrics available to me at the time the items are processed.  Thread colors will be similar to what is seen in the images.  The items will be photographed for display on my website.

PROCESSING AND SHIPPING

My processing time is 7-10 business days.  Please allow the full 10 days for processing.  If you have not received notification of shipping by day 10 please feel free to contact me.  This typically does not happen and in most cases, items ship much sooner than the time quoted above. 

I do offer RUSH processing at an additional fee when available and will process and ship within 3 business days.  This option can be found in the options on each listing if it's available.

Your package will ship via USPS standard mail on or before the 10th business day (3rd business day for RUSH) from the time your order was placed unless you choose to upgrade to priority mail at checkout.  Once an item has been dropped off with USPS it becomes the responsibility of the USPS to deliver your item in a timely manner.   If you have questions on the whereabouts of your package, please contact the USPS and provide them with the package tracking number so they can try to locate the package.  Once the package leaves my home office I have no control over when it will arrive.  Lost items will need to be addressed with the USPS as well.
